How can I pay for drinks and extras at the hotel?
The hotel accepts cash, debit and credit cards (Visa).
Does the hotel have a car park?
Yes! And it's free for all attendees!
I'm allergic to a specific kind of food, what do I do?
Please inform us! When filling your registration form, tell us about your specific food allergies. We'll pass the info to the hotel and information about allergenic food will be present near the buffet dishes.
My budget for food is a bit tight, what can I do?
Breakfast and dinner are included in the con fee. There will be two large buffets per day and drinks (water, juices, soft drinks, wine and table beer) are also included in them.
The lunch is up to you but no worries! The two meals will be served till late and will be pretty filling.
If you want to fix yourself a snack, each room will have a fridge and a kitchenette. The crew will gladly give you directions to the nearest grocery stores in Blankenberge so you can make “budgeted”, yet delicious, meals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Payment information will be provided on your invoice. If bank transfers are not possible for you, please contact

Can I bring my animal with me?
Sadly, the hotel doesn't allow any pets.
Service dogs are of course always allowed on the hotel premises. Please inform us upon registration about bringing a service dog. We will make the necessary arrangements with the hotel to meet your request. Please note that extra fees might be charged by the hotel (extra cleaning, mandatory single room). Make sure you inform us and we'll be pleased to help you.
Does the hotel have wifi?
Yes! Free wifi everywhere!
What and where do we eat?
Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of the convention.
They consist in two large buffets accessible in the hotel's restaurant.
Breakfast will be served from 08:00 till 10:00
Dinner will be serverd from 18:00 till 20:00
I'm vegetarian or vegan, is that a problem?
Of course not! Make sure to inform us upon registration. Every meal at the hotel will propose vegetarian and vegan alternatives.
Can I make partial payments?
Yes! You can pay in up to 3 installments. Your first payment must be at least 50€ and it must arrive within 10 days after your registration has been accepted. Your last installment must arrive 2 months after your registration has been accepted.
I'd like to try another restaurant.
No problem either! Blankenberge is a pretty touristic city with plenty of shops and restaurants. Simply ask the staff for advice and directions and they'll help you.
